Return Policy

 

1. Products sold can be easily returned or exchanged within 15 days  of delivery , write your complain on our mail  parlahouse07gmail.com with the details of the issue you are facing, our executive will get in touch with you in the next 24hrs.

2. Used or customised products  will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. 

3. We can process Return/exchange only once for a particular order.

4. Returns/ exchanges is not available for  customized products  please contact directly on  or email the measurements over 7023014111 WhatsApp .

5. If the ordered item is out of stock, customer has the option to get a refund or choose another product by paying the difference. None of the orders can be cancelled after 24 hrs, of placing the order.

6. Any discrepancy should be reported by email or contacting customer service line within 24 hrs of receipt of order. But, the final decision would be with Parla House

7. The refund would be initiated in the form of  gift card  or  coins in the registered customer's wallet.

8. Exchange of product would be initiated in case refund fails.

9. No refunds/returns or exchanges can be done outside India.
